Concentrate on each separate image and you will see how the heart shape fits into each in a different context each time.

It's kind of hard to see it as is.

That's a cool idea, but works more as an optical trick on a printed paper on as a computer image moreso than a tee for wearage. The skull also is pushed way too high into the forfront.

So, I really love the 'concept' of this, but the execution could use some work. The heart stands out too much, while the trunk of the tree is too difficult to see behind everything else.
I'd suggest taking this to a suggestions forum, do some re-work then re-submit.

Semi-interesting idea, but I abhor the color choices.
