how come no one asked what the characters actually mean, yet? I could never wear a shirt that had stuff on it and I didn't know what it meant like that. I don't even know if I would trust the designer to tell me what it REALLY says, either.

As for the pixelation, it's because he's a boy; when he wears Ballet skirt dancing on a CD player, he may expose himself :)
