Haha, cute. I'm a bio nerd so I totally appreciate. But maybe a little bit lower on the shirt? Maybe not? :/

Great original concept.

Like the concept. Have you tried pushing the image off center some? I think pushing it towards the left sleeve would look better.

It feels like it needs just a tiny something more, but I unfortunately don't know what it would be, so I'm not that helpful there.

Kind of like the Simpsons episode and the South Park episode where they were making fun of the Simpsons episode where they were growing a colony of bacterial and created a new microscopic world. And i think those both were making fun of a Twilight zone episode about a scientist making the colony in a lab.

But alas, I haven't seen it down as a tee and the pun you are going for makes it a bit more original.

Amusing! I think something's lost on the viewer if he was unaware of the title, though. On a shirt alone, I'd be going more "what is that?" than laughing.

I'm a sucker for puns, though. :)

I think viewers would more readily recognize it's a petri dish if you used a red color (agar) to surround the fort. Great idea though, nicely rendered.

at first glance, looks like a castle with a moat... but on second glance, exactly what it's called. Do agree the agar should be reddish...
