i would make the image that appears to be female(????)'s nose more curved and feminine. right now it looks a bit archikins.

I like this. It is really crazy. Nice work on the text. I think it would be better if you could draw it with out all of the red outlines and just using the yellow and orange lines. It looks best on the dark when you can't really see those red lines.

It'd be at its best on a green shirt me thinks.

I like it, but I'd like it more if the shadows were complete, no stripes on the eyes.

Trippy! I don't like the stripes on the eyes, though.

4!

Woah, amazing new take on the vase shape faces theme! I agree about no stripes in the eyes and toning it down in the slightest for printage, but i love the hidden message in the line-y mish-mash and the entire float-on concept in general.

4$

Would the changes to the eye lines and outer dark red line be enough changes to be considered for a second scoring though?

I agree that the stripes should not go into the eyes, but otherwise, great design!

I'm pretty sure I agree about removing the stripes in their eyes, but i think the red outline is necessary because it's what shapes the bottom of the milkshake, and it the redline was only used at the bottom of the milkshake, it would flow less. that's just my opinion though.
I really like this a lot, most likely in a dark shirt please :) - i didn't even notice the text at first! it's wikkidcool :)

I think the change to the eyes and the outer red line do the trick.

Thanks all! I'm 50 / 50 about the lines in the eyes- yes it detracts a bit from the silhouette effect but then again it can represent the direction or interlocking of their stares... which can still sort of be seen if they weren't protruding i guess. Compact with the red line though is the key as was pointed out.

I think it would work a lot better if the lines weren't into the eyes... it doesn't really make sense visually.

I like it! Especially on the darker color.

I personally don't like the lines into the eyes, there's also something odd about the silhouettes that I can't quite put my finger on. I do like the concept a lot, but I feel the execution could be a little bit cleaner. Like if the pattern in the lines were thicker in weight or fewer of them, it would make the lettering slightly more apparent, and not so eye-hurt-y. As it stands, I'm giving it a 4.

The masses have spoken... no eye lines. Keeps the outline consistent. I'm sure threadless can chang that if they want. Wish i'd stuck with the black background so you could more fully see it in its glory.
