dunna415: There isn't really any joke. The original concept was the thought that many digital artists are excellent with pixels; they are pixel ninjas. I just simplified that thought to it's most minimal representation. I agree with you that pixelation does not make things automatically funny. Pixel monkey in a pixelcopter sounds cool though.

I agree with MuchoMongo, I think a different coloured shirt would be good. I think the ninja gets a little bit lost on the dark blue, although I guess ninjas are meant to be stealthy...
