This is my first entry for Threadless. It is a 6 color design but technically speaking, the black of the shirt fills in the line art that I removed so it's really 7 if you want to count the shirt color. I'm not sure how it would be judged by the folks at threadless though.

Last night to me sounds like a solar shift where darkness subsides leaving an ever present light symbolizing new growth and new beginnings.

Thanks! Before I knew about the guidelines I spent about 4 hours coloring him with a total of 27 colors. To my great disappointment, I had to delete all the coloring and start from scratch because of the 8 color max that I found out about right before uploading it to Threadless.

I guess I should be reading the fine print more often I blogged it if anyone is interested in seeing the full color design.

Great characterization, expression and gesture. Love it as is but the 29 color one is awesome. For future reference; the shirt doesn't count as a color and threadless does have a simulated process printing method. So, in fact, you could have put up your more colorful version.

I just realized that I have 2 submissions that are quite close to each other and I posted the wrong one.The one I wanted to submit had more high lights in the face and hands. Oh well you live and learn right?

I made a slight adjustment to the coloring. Just the planet, but it looks a little more appealing. Using the color from his eyes.
