Ok, so let's get that out of the way. It's not a rip-off, and it doesn't mean we can't do with another shirt similarly themed (god knows we have enough trees). But it's a GREAT shirt and Aaron Hogg is (imho) one of the best designers out there - so unfortunately you picked a classic saying that has already been rendered into a shirt by an incredibly talented designer.
Ok, that said - yours is a completely different approach and what I like most about it is the black unpredictable squiggly thing that incorporates "nice" hearts and music notes, etc.

Very, very original idea. I can't understand why someone would say it's a rip-off (if someone did). With this being a rip-off of some other random project, that would make as much sense as saying being random is being a rip-off of being prep.

With that out of the way, the shirt is so cute! I'd love to wear it, along with the OH SHI one you did.

You do realize that your saying that is the equivalent of you knowing one anime artist.. and then saying that every other person who draws anime is just copying their work?
