I think it's the overall shape that feels weird (particularly her left eye so close to the side seam). This would, however, be rad on a skateboard deck as is. That flame in her mouth is so good. 4

mezo on May 06 '08 I think the eyes would make more sense if they arched up, instead of down. Then you'd be forming a optical circle. Does that makes sense? Like, our eyes would start at her hair then naturally trail to her arched up eyeballs, then the flame, leading us back to the hair. I am bad at explaining.

fat pigeon on May 06 '08 Hmmmm, not really following you. I will try to sketch over it and see if I get what you are saying. I feel like it has that flow to it right now. Starting at the lower eye, going back to her head/hair, going to the upper eye then down to the flame. I always appreciate your views though as you actually give constructive criticism. I'll mess with it and see what I get.
