I'm working on a children book that talk about a kid is sick. This design is a side dish. I think it's cute on tee.
English is not my native language. I know that I can't speak or write good English. So all titles of my designs came out form my husband who grew up in US. Now I'm curious this pun is ok or not. I put it as a title because it's cute and simple just like this design. |

can't tell if the green guy is dead--kinda of upsetting, with mom crying and doctor so mad. Lot's of big emotion over an illness?
