i think you need to curl the corners of the mouth, otherwise it looks like someone is just showing their teeth, not smiling.

Every time I would look at this shirt (and I'm sure every time other people would look at it) we would be reminded of our overdue dentist appointments.

All I can think when I see this shirt is that it looks so 6th grade to me. Doesn't seem very creative or inspired, or even very well executed... Not very artistic.... Not very threadless, and doesn't really work as a shirt.
