Shouldn't the black outlines be fuzzy as well, or the joke is he filled in the picture like this? I think it would work better with all lines fuzzy.

Yes, I considered that. I though the concept would be stronger if it focused on his ability to colour, rather than his ability to make art.

I gotcha Hassbroek...maybe the concept would work better to me if there were no lines then in the box, and just have a blank square with those places all colored in to show that's he has always seen shapes and colors?

Yea, the text definitely helps but there are a lot of people out there who would not get Piet or Mondrian anyhow, so it's cool in that way. And also, I agree with how this was rendered, focussing on the color and not the art itself.
