Really suberb Illustration! The only criticism I have, is that the elephant's left wing is placed wrong. A solid 4!

The whole thing is indeed hand-drawn by me (so $5 away, phones!) and, yes, I was absolutely doing my very best Albrecht Durer impression. |

if you were to keep the text, put elephantum on the side that the elephant is on, and draconis on the side that the dragon is on... is just makes more sense when you read it.

Many early scholars, including Pliny the Elder (AD 23-79), actually believed that elephants and dragons were naturally mortal enemies. "India produces the largest elephants as well as the largest dragons, which are perpetually at war with the elephants. The dragon is of so enormous a size that it is easily able to envelop the elephant in its coils." |
