Maybe its condensation, but I don't understand the concept.

take away the letters in the background shrink the design and center it...then you'll have a much better design

Personally, I think it's great. I would wear it, even with the background letters, though changing those would definitely be beneficial.

what is up with the drips? is that the in thing? too much pink....hmmm yea less pink please. I don't know which direction to go? up.down up to the left, left, right...where?
