It looks like a hummingbird, if that is the case, the beak seems a bit large. I like the overall design, however, and I really like the placement.

It looks like a half bird/half turd. A bird turd! The lower half of the bird's body needs some work.

i'd like it better if the base was clearer.. feet and tail.. lol i agree with the birdturd idea.
