The bear is hard to make out and from what I can make out, it doesn't quite look like a bear. To me, it resembles Splinter from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. However, I do like the color/shading of the man and 'bear.'

That is the weirdest looking "bear" I've ever seen. I looks hairless. I like the colors used, but I don't think it goes well on a shirt.
