I'm not a fan of the tree roots, the clouds don't bother me. On a whole, nice design.

If you are going to do subterranean with the roots, why not go the whole way and show the sub-city. Foundations, L Train underground (this is Chicago right?), pipes, etc.

I would have added a giant hot dog or a cubs fan crying. I like this because I'm moving there this summer. Cool.
