ooo i like it except for that the flower thingys are coming directly from the neck - which makes it kind of awkward.
maybe extend it from the shoulder or something? and shrink the crow a bit? that would be awesome. :)

I don't see the branch that the bird is standing on.

Branch is too feminine/hairy and that bird looks mighty clip art- which would not be a terrible thing if there was a better design it was in. And not just stuck there last minute.

I don't like those ugly flowery branches... The bird by itself would be awesome...

placement of the crow is strange, people would stare at my

same.. crow would be nicer if placed on a side... maybe with more midtone contrasts.. .and with no flowers..

Don't worry about what they say. 80% of the people judging your submission can't draw to save their lives. There are the occasional good words of advice, but typically the Threadless community is comprised of people who get tired of similar designs because they have nothing better to do than score 300 designs a day.
Yeah, they really matter...pft.
