The DeLorean is easily recognizable even with a gnarly orange paint job. I say keep the funky orange! I went to school with a guy that owns a DeLorean, and he would be darned proud of this bold color scheme.

Yeah, orange is great but you must remember you're appealing to Delorean and movie lovers here, who clearly are asking for more of the "real" thing. Silver/grey would be fab.
I daydream about this shirt with schematics, like labels with the lines pointing to where stuff is? For example, the flux capacitor, harness, other fancy stuff they had in the car (can't remember from the movie). That would be rad, I think. Maybe on the back with labels? Also, one last thing, I am not a fan of big graphic on the middle of the tee all by itself. maybe change the placement to the bottom? just an idea. |

thtas a cool design i like the illustration style, but wasnt the original car more silver and it had all sorts of time travelling gizmos on the back if it had that i think it would be perfect then I would wear it

If it is supposed to be from Back to the Future it should have the pipes and extra stuff added to it.... then maybe the orange would seem more plausible?
As simply an homage to DeLorean's then sticking with the original body work colours would be a good idea. |
