i kinda wish it wasnt so obviouslt taken from Smosh though...but i'd still buy it...bc boxman is ah-mazing...

boxman is skinnier though..just a little minor detail there..

aw crap man, i see what you mean. i think its different enough to not offend. i really never heard of smosh/boxman before, this was just something a doodled one night in my sketchbook as a kind of self portrait (i have another just like it just minus the box head). i liked the design enough to make it a painting and eventually figured it might make a nice threadless shirt. sorry if i have potentially offended any copyright holders.

i could say that i am left handed and thats why i drew it that way, or that i was trying to make some sort of ziggy stardust parallel, who i believe played it left handed. but really i just have a problem drawing characters left handed and it didn't look right when i mirrored it. also, i think i did the original drawing in a mirror to get the proportions of the guitar right.

why on black?

2 reasons, one: i used too many colors. i've been working on other designs with 2 or 3 colors, but this one is full color and i needed one color to be the same color as the shirt and black was the obvious choice. the other reason is that the original design i made was on a black background, the black made the design really pop.
