the cat was black but then it fell into a bucket of white paint. it just goes to show that no matter what color the cat's fur is it is not bad luck.

I agree, the ladder looks off, referenced or not, it looks strange. Also, the cat really needs to be black. the white paint thing isn't explained in the shirt, so just make it black. do that, and i'd buy it.
