I think it's perfect how it is, people generally won't get enough time to read it if it's written on the book and I think the O on the book makes it clear he's reading aloud. It would be different if there was nothing on the book.
Title on book. And I kow its a style, but the book looks just a teeny tiny bit too off kilter, with the larger front and smaller back. Maybe make the diff a little less? I know, i'm knit picking.

Awsome! But it may be better if you make the book title "About Osteporosis" and omit the bubble. $5

Agree... delete the voice balloon, and put the title on the book... you've got a winner then.
Kerfunkle
yep, move the title to the book, 4

I think leave the title, it looks more like Death is reading aloud maybe? It's jut better. And it'd be too small on the book. $5!

Made me laugh, but I agree with some of the other comments - book title! Just increase the overall size a bit and it would work.

Agreed. No bubble - makes it look like Death's reading out loud.

Adorable. I agree with the above comments on changing the comment to the title of the book though.

Fantabulous art, but the grim reaper has no fear of fractures, this logic both confounds and infuriates me.
