If the submission itself is a statement, rather than an attempt to win, then that's different. Although you'll never reach your desired audience, as the ones around here that are too lazy to put decent effort into their subs probably don't do much voting, either. Given your other designs, I'm gonna guess you were going for my second hypothesis. |

As for only designers getting this, I disagree. This isn't focused on artistic laziness, but laziness in general especially in the form of stealing other's works by cut and pasting them like so. It's a free dictionary, so I think you're probably allowed to do this...i mean, it's cited at the top where it came from and everything! |

It makes a great statement. I think it is a marketable design, though the dark colors (or lack of colors) make it a bit hard for me with my bad eyes to read.

Nice statement :)
This should get printed and sent complimentary to any designer who has every used someone else's art on their design :) I especially like that its Wikipedia and not just dictionary.com or another definition site :D |
