i love the style...but the guy looks like he's in prison impersonating the cat in the hat and i have to admit, i'm a little creaped out by that...

I see you have some other letters... Why not do all the letters of the alphabet like this, and then putting them all on the shirt with a belt print. (Making them smaller of course)
