I think the placement is a little odd as well, maybe tilt the bottle so is scrawls across? Or have it to one side near the bottom.

The detail is getting lost on the dark background. Maybe try a different color shirt?

I love all the fish, but I think I might like it more if the shirt's colour was incorporated into the design itself, so that the dark blue in the bottle is the same dark blue as the shirt. Also, I agree with ao tomato about how awful this would look for those of us with boobs. :P What about shifting it down and to one side?

I would like to see the bottle roughly horizontal, to remind people of a "ship in a bottle", you could even place a small ship in a bottle along the bottom, like a decorative piece in an aquarium. Nice Work!

I agree with the placement comments, but I also wish that the sea creatures weren't so evenly spaced. i really love your execution overall, I just wish that the critters didn't form a pattern due to their very even placement within the bottle... provide a little breathing room. Love it otherwise.

Thanks for all the great comments folks. For those that don't like the placement I guess i'm a traditionalist - I like front and centre placements... but that's just my opinion and threadless is a democracy i suppose...
