I like the idea! I also think there should be birds so people know it's not a reference to terrorism - people won't be able to see the tee's title you know!
Also, there should be someone nearby washing a car/or a carwash and the car should have lots of targets on it. Anyone who has gotten birdpoop on a freshly cleaned car will get that. |

Haha it does resemble the benefit fraud poster. Maybe if you commit benefit fraud birds will poop on you. Good t-shirt but it could use some indication of a bird.
