mmm - wots with the very ugly boxes - i'd score it high if it was just the illustration. Make the arm the shirt colour. Did you submit this design to critique cause its gots lots of potential. I reckon pull the submission and re-work.

this is so cool...if only you could get rid of the boxes...or, keep them but change their arrangement and make it more comicbook/manga style, maybe some sound effects, like a scream, or some halftone. this is why i only give you a 4. and a dollar, but i hope you rework it a bit.

I think the boxes could work if it was more of a storyboard type scenario with progressive narrative, but with the one figure, it is confusing. I LOVE the guy with his guts all over, but not a big fan of the arm squishing his legs. I could see him going down the front, side of the shirt, guts spreading out along the way. Maybe more colors within the figure, but I like the simple palette you used.

I think the boxes take away from the design. Great illustration. Once the boxes are removed, the design may look a little funny with the arm coming in from one side. You may try to have the arm coming straight up from the bottom for symmetry's sake. Maybe squeezing the man with both arms?

yeah I would definitely wear this, without the boxes anyway and maybe different colors. perhaps a lights gray shirt with just a slightly darker gray illustration, so that it is harder to see. I say this because it would lessen the effect of how gruesome the image is if it didn't stand out so much from the shirt

I happen to LIKE THE BOXES. They separate the design from other designs where it's just the image itself. I think it's cool.
