I'm liking the feel to this piece, i just wish the rest of the world around this man and his goofy looking wind-powered retina machine would be more spread-out and further detailed. Welcome here tho!

Great design. And I DO get the "storm" part...it's a great metaphor. I tried to vote and give you a high score, but the scoring had already been shut down--bummer! Nice work! :-)
