Hmmmm...the back post looks a little funny. Although I like the idea of juxtaposing the old photos in the background with the illustration, they look a little funny back there.

nice. I love the crowd, but yeah, the floating post is a little weird.

Bearing in mind the subject matter (a huge cat wrestling an even huger dog), you can understand that I wasn't exactly going for realism in the background! Just wanted to capture and convey the vibe of the crowd, floating post and all!!

Yeah, the styles don't really mesh all that well - fun concept, though!

I personally prefer it without the background, but I get what you were going for. And the cat and dog are brilliant!

I actually love how this looks from a distance. I wish some other animal was reffing the game, but the poses, the lighting, and ESPECIALLY the mixed media going so well together with this (i feel the flashes tie the two styles together quite well) makes this a 4$ not to be missed!

Thanks for the comments guys. The 'floating' pole is really easily modified if it offends too much as it is. Frickinawesome - glad you agree with me that the two styles fit well together. Would love to do a collabo with you - I'll hit you up on your email later.

Was always up for a bit of Big Daddy/Giant Haystacks 80's leotard action and i like this tee for all the same reasons! Cool graphic (like the fact that the cat is a bit on the tubby side) and the clever detail - K9 badge on the dog's trunks is a nice touch. Great stuff - would defo buy it.
