see how there is black, white, and 2 diff. greys? .. if you took black over white, or vice versa, and just changed the opacity you can save on unique colors.. works the same way w/ color overlays to get other various colors.

as is white, and each grey, unless its just b/w.

you can see the edges of the image if you look closely... you should make the bg transparent so only the design is the substance on the shirt.

I like the drawing, but I'm not so sure about the shirt color.



It also might be worth going back and working with the eye. The mouth is more realistic, so there's a bit of clashing between the two.

I'm sorry but this really isn't appealing at all. It's off center in a not good sort of way, the eye and mouth dripping urine seem like questionable subject material for a T-shirt, and the shirt color leaves me cold. Not to mention it looks like your using seven colors, (white, black, light grey, dark grey, burgandy, light burgandy, yellow )



Sorry man, I just don't understand what this is getting at.

I think the mouth and and eye look good on their own, but are very ugly together. I also don't care for the shirt/drool color.

It's had plenty of reactions, I don't know about good ones though.

how boring a design would it be if it were just an eye or a mouth? It's been done. Also, I don't think theres any contradiction of realism between the two pieces. They're both just shapes. The position of the design is as good as it's going to get. It looks stupid in the middle. The goo color is maybe a little controversial yea...but the goo is important to this design, it leads your eye from the....eye to the mouth. I just wanted to do something out of the bounds of contemporary clean cut design and something stylish, perhaps I was targeting a nonexistent demographic (no negativity intended there). The shirt color is the only one that worked.

if ya look at my designs, i am partial to mouths... i like this one. just going on the reactions that your design has gotten, i'd SO wear this. it's most definitely gotten a lot of attention, made a lot of people go "what the..." i love that. my only complaints are the shirt color, and the square (barely noticeable) outline. oh, and perhaps it would be interesting if the whole design was closer to the shoulder? i think that'd be tight.

yea the square bothers me too, i didnt even notice it....err.
