but he doesn't look sad enough. the other mountains look more indifferent than concerned. i know it's minimal, but couldn't their faces be more expressive?

the mountians dont really have any emotion.. i know your going for simple, but the middle one doesnt look sad , and the other two dont look concierned they just look like they are stareing at the middle one. also the "tears" they look like trees that have been badly placed cuz they are the same color and shape as the large trees

yeah it does seem that the other mountains seem annoyed more then concerned

I think the tears are supposed to be miniature trees ... thats the point isn't it? I love this. $5. Print it already...

the tears are like little trees, sorry i should of said, i tried to make the other trees look concerned in a simple kind of way..

Yeah, I'd agree with others that the emotion also needs to be a little clearer and that perhaps the trees could be further down the shirt and maybe smaller to match the size of the tears so that it becomes clearer that the tears themselves are in fact trees. Not bad otherwise!
