I thought it would be a cool idea to do an awkward monster that has the job of lighting a city each night with giant matches. Also, I think he fits well with the super glow ink. I hope you like him.

I know you're showing it at night time...but I like the monster better with no nipples and the splotches.

Gotta agree. The pointy white head looks like a klansman. In combination with the torch...not so good. If the head was less pointy it would be fine.

Thanks everyone, I'm sad it looks like a clansman but I can see why it would remind you of that. Maybe if I rounded the head like 'Epicmanifesto' said it would help. I didn't mean for this to offend anyone, I hope that isn't what it is doing :( I just thought he was a cute star man with five points making his body.

Also, I like him on a darker shirt as well, but this was the darkest gray in the shirt colors and when I tried him on black he looked fine but the rest of the design didn't.

Love this design! I think minor changes would take away from any kind of klansman association (just round the head a tad). plus the nipples are fantastic! If you ever got rid of them you'd be banned. $5 from me.

The nipples are a problem for me not because they are nipples but because they form another face with the true eyes becomeing little bunny ears or something. It's just a bit confusing.

Squatterjohn, I think you're right about the face/nipple problem. So far opinions have been divided regarding keeping or removing the nipples, however this is a defined reason why they should be removed, not that instinct is a bad thing. Anyways, good one, thinking of the eyes as bunny ears made me laugh.

Love the concept, love the design, little bit squicked out about the way the ghost/monster looks like a klansman. Perhaps if you rounded off his head a little, or added ears/horns, or made him more smiley? In which case i'd def. buy.

Sure, get ridda the nipples and such, but i don't agree with the kkk outfit folks...it's just a giant starfish that got every one of its edges decapitated except for one! I'm really liking the tenderness to this scene, I'd like the row of lit candles/streetlights to extend even further out towards the viewer or even wrap around the shirt a bit. I also think there should be no halo around the lights until you get into the dark to let the super glow ink do its job, and show that the lighter dude doesn't do his job until it's get a bit darker out! Really liking this one tho.

OK, I never even thought of a clansman until someone mentioned it. My first thoughts were of a star. I love this design. I never knew this was how streetlights were lit.
