Those words make a picture, a person who enjoys the pleasure of music. We all do!

what does the text say? Seems like parts are missing, or my eyes are bad ;)

Maybe if you posted a link to the words, and took the F-Bombs off the shirt (and any other bombs in there).

great tee - think the long box is exactly what's needed...anymore text would be way too busy...the long box keeps it tight. Difficult to tell how big the text would be on the tee though...guess the smaller the better for the effect you're aiming for??

I have two issues with the text:
1) There's a typo in the sentence "Music will stay in your heart until the end off all time."
2) "You loved how the band raped their instruments..." Whoa! That's some sensitive language, right there. A less inflammatory metaphor would probably be a good idea.

I like the idea a lot, I just think the text needs work before people will be comfortable with it emblazoned across their chests.

it's pretty good...but it just looks like empty space with the rectangle..

I agree with the above comments. Nix the profanity and the rape reference and it'd be better.

i like the boxiness, and the placement.
but the black and brown kind of fade intwo eachother.
also, fix the face, its a little weird.

otherwise, i love it.

the text is a little over the top - the best poem i've ever read on music...

For Sidney Bechet
Philip Larkin

That note you hold, narrowing and rising, shakes
Like New Orleans reflected on the water,
And in all ears appropriate falsehood wakes,

Building for some a legendary Quarter
Of balconies, flower-baskets and quadrilles,
Everyone making love and going shares--

Oh, play that thing! Mute glorious Storyvilles
Others may license, grouping around their chairs
Sporting-house girls like circus tigers (priced

Far above rubies) to pretend their fads,
While scholars manqués nod around unnoticed
Wrapped up in personnels like old plaids.

On me your voice falls as they say love should,
Like an enormous yes. My Crescent City
Is where your speech alone is understood,

And greeted as the natural noise of good,
Scattering long-haired grief and scored pity.

I don't mind the rectangle, but what's the guy supposed to be doing? If he was just standing head on, legs apart, hands in pocket I'd like it much more.
I'm too lazy to read the text (and it seems like it skips words at times), but if there are references to rape, that is NOT cool.
Nice idea though.
