This is my final piece (for now) with a Japanese influence and inspiration. The idea goes like that...a katana is a samurai's soul, and held at eye-level acts as a mirror, so...soul's mirror:) Hope you like it, please leave a comment/vote. P.S: It looks great on male t-shirts, also. just couldn't find a model that fits the presentation:P

might remind you of Sasuke, from naruto, although it was not intended and i am not really into the show since they filled it with sh!tty anime cliches and never ending battles.

it really just looks to me as a stage1 screencap of a photoshop drawing. it's very unfinished looking and from looking at it i can imagine how it would look like if it were finished, but as a viewer, i shouldn't have to imagine it finished, it just should feel finished.

it makes it seem like you ran out of time.

That is the way i wanted it to look, like i stopped in the middle of drawing it. that is exactly what i want form my viewers, to imagine the rest. since when art is just a viewing exercise? where is the viewers contribution, where is the imagination if what you see is ALL you get?

i just believe that there are ways to make designs look purposely unfinished without looking lazy, and i don't think it's working here, is all.

sorry if my sub came in a wrong moment, when everyone is tired of it. cheesier than stilton? funny comment, easy to say cheesy. lazy? no sir, i worked hard and long hours to obtain that effect, it may have been easyer to go for the complete character, but that is what i wanted to get for a Tee design:(
