agreed with jrmasm. youre crankin out some quality work. not sure about the cats eyes in this one. im confused... i think thats them on the top of his head? either way it's your character and great and funny idea.

Poor kitty! those mice are ready for him. I like the cityscape in the background. It's a great design, but I think one little think might help. If you had some element coming down below the sidewalk to break up that horizontal line. Otherwise $5
