I agree... maybe make the mouth more cartoony... add some heavy outline over it.... and use a comic like font with a dialogue bubble. maybe ill dig it then.

i think this could really go somewhere... i like the idea of a word bubble, but not more cartoony and DEFINATELY not comic sans. try to make this part of a more complex/collaged type thing. there is real potential for humor in what the mouth finds disgusting.
