The Sun is a big, mean bully in this one. This is my attempt to innovatively use glow inks for the "Made In The Dark" competition.

Pretty good, but the melting on the Earth looks kinda weird.

I'm not thinking there is enough difference between the day and night versions. I really enjoy the characters and style and concept, but i agree the melting earth looks a bit hand-ish poking out of the earth. Maybe have the Earth with a bit of a face, with eyes looking up rather painfully or in complete shock at the hole being burned to its core. Still, nice hot chip sub.

agree with FA, also the refresh to watch it again doesn't work.

I think something more interesting could have been done with the glow.

the difference between day and night versions is that the night version glows (that's the only difference with all g.i.d. subs, you will still see the inks during the day).

the "refresh to watch" does work. you click on the refresh button on your browser window and it will play the animation again.

A long time ago I had this idea, and, since you guys executed it perfectly, $5 to you guys.

the glow didn't make much of a difference.

it wouldn't. glow ink is not invisible.
