The B looks enough like an R that the point of it not saying radical doesn't come across very strongly... It reads more like a mistake.
It's very nice, but I don't know if I'd say innovative use of glow ink. Well, I suppose not using it as a gimmick is innovative in a way, so kudos to you for that.
my opinion: you should have only the robot seen when its not glowing, then when it does glow in the dark you see the little boy inside
cause how it is now is kinda uselss to have the glow in the dark
