Normally when when someone on here submits an idea that contains French the title is also in French, or there's some other way to see that it's supposed to be French. But as it is, the title is in English, the design doesn't make me think French, so the word "cafeine!" is going to come off looking like a typo. :( I think the design is pretty strong. Really good use of 3 colors. A very attractive retro design feel as well, kudos!

well... french is your native language... correct? Try adding something else that brings out the frenchness of the shirt, and your reasoning for choosing a french spelling.

the placement seems a little stiff IMHO, maybe the radio could be a bit bigger and the rest could extend diagonally across the shirt?
