So does anyone else have a problem with this Style Swap concept? I mean, apart from being a self congratulatory circle jerk, it's premise is to make shirts that look like shirts that have been done before?
also, that umbrella is wayy too small to support that monster. it's stretching reality a bit. |

hhaha i love the size of the umbrella!! it adds to the design. who can talk about streatching reality when there is a monster flying over a city anyway. great design.
its really simmilar to the character Totoro in Miyazaki's film My Neighbour Totoro. maybe a bit too simmilar. |

yeah ok so that phrase was harsher than i intended. i really just liked the rhythm of it. which is... weird.
so clearly the answer to my question is 'no', then? i was just putting the idea out there. i already know i'm an idiot, tell me why you think my idea is wrong. i still think the concept of intentionally designing tshirts to look like other tshirts is a bit, well, contrary to what threadless is supposed to be? having said that the designs have been better than most others... |
