It's a little hard to tell that those are balls and not coins. Maybe that's just me.

Lower te design so it looks like the hand is pinching your nipple. Then, when you submit it, we can laugh at everyone making comments on how it looks like the hand is pinching your nipple.

I think the joke would be funier if the ball is shown bouncing off the table and resting beside the cup instead of barely missing it and still in the air, because it doesn't have the immediate impact you are going for. Very fun premise.

Since the white ball will stand out against a dark shirt color, I think you could play with the ball placements to add a second layer to the design.
