I think it's clever and I really like this. The only thing I don't like is that we only see him from the shoulders up. Almost looks like he's lying in bed with covers pulled up to his armpits.

This picture is well crafted. The colors are great, and the concept of the devil smoking with a "smoke halo" above his head is great.
