This is not innovative. The theme is innovative use of glow ink, and while this looks nice, it's far too simple for a loves threadless design. Would've had better chances in the regular competition, I prolly would've $5'd it myself. But since it's not, I'm just giving it a 3

Its not a belt print though is it? Its a big oversized front print. Which is no bad thing. But you couldn't belt print this unless there was a back design as well. And then if you did belt print it you'd never get the design looking like that on the front. It would be on the side. Or half way round the back. Or up the sleeve somewhere.

However as an oversized front print its actually very nice :)

I think the design is pretty cool, but maybe not for a t-shirt (a bit to busy). I'd love to see this as a poster. Great job.
