you have an interesting style going here (halfway between cute and scary), but I think your vectors need a little more work.

One big suggestion, give the little mouses mouse ears. Mice have those big satellite dish ears. Also, get rid of the random leg shadow and give shadow to the underbelly and buttocks of Mr. Elephant.

About my design
I have always wondered why elephants are afraid of mice...
Here I have played with purple, because is my favorite color, but if you have any sugestion that can improve my design, please comment! :)
I am not sure about including other mouse in the back.
