This one was originally titled "Ouch!", but I think this title is a bit more appropriate. :)

i think it would make more sense if the crosshair was over the mans bum rather than at the rhinos end of the line.

Yea, i think it would work better if the rhino had not attached a literal crosshair to its hat - the red target would be hanging to the side of his horn and would not help him aim regardless. Cute concept, though.

the perspective is off on the rhino

thanks guys :)

soulfume: thanks for the heads-up. yep, that one was mentioned in critique and there was some consideration of replacing the rhino with another animal for that reason. I think bull was suggested and I'd considered a unicorn or a narwhal but ultimately decided to stick with the rhino.

edean: Well in this case "pain in the ass". :) But another friend of mine said she did think "PETA" when she saw the name and that it confused her a bit. :)

perspective: yeah, the fact that the cross-hair isn't physically accurate was a deliberate stylistic decision and not everyone likes it. :) If it gets printed I'd like to see the red done with high-density ink to make it stand out even more.

I like the theme in this one, great revamp of the design, I think the sight scope is just fine, no worries, people tend to get too hung up on specifics here I think, remember people, it's a cartoon... not to scale or absolute likeness... I for one think it's great :)

I think you're thinking of PETA.

i think the scope adds a little too much clutter, maybe put it behind the rhino's horn or just get rid of it alltogether, i like it alot though

i love when commenters make it quite apparent they haven't read any of the other comments

i love reading comments of people who have obviously not read any of the other comments on the design.
