You need to look into bird feet. Toucans have zygodactyl feet (two toes forward, two toes back) click and click for examples. Bird feet info: click. If you fixed the feet, I'd buy this in a second. (and I'd blog about it in a bunch of bird groups)

the feet though man, gotta do your research.
