It's not My thing but I know people who would LOVE this design, and it is very cool I like the dog on the skateboard because it gives him a very cute 'I'm (almost)a superhero' quality , if thats what youre going for I would find a way to add in some side walk to ground the skate board, but only if you can find a way to make it work, if it doesn't look right then forget it!

It's excellent, but either get rid of the skateboard or show a ramp or some ground (or even telephone poles below him)...
