In addition to the above comments, there was a shirt titled Flower Power that featured an early model VW Beetle. Due to some legal action or threatening or prodding by VW, they had to stop selling that shirt. I posted this here earlier today. Crazy. |

this is great. I'd like it even more if the antenae, mandible and eyes came right out of the yellow car body instead of underneath it.

Doesn't matter. Glennz's Flower Power (R.I.P.) was a parody and had no logos, but featured what's pretty obviously a VW Beetle. In a nutshell, VW's budget for copyright lawyers is infinitely larger than Threadless', so it's no big mystery why the shirt got pulled. It's not a question of whether Glennz's design was legitimate parody, it's a question of whether Threadless could afford to defend it. Booooo VW! Boooooo! |

the title is funny, just because threadless had a shirt up with the exact same name a few months back, and it was graffiti heaven. It's just funny that I might ave 2 shirts with the same name :p
