It's a good concept, though the excecution could be tightened up a little by adding shadows and highlights to the chain like you did to the heart. Actually foil would probably be better than yellow.
I wouldn't wear it myself but I bet there's a lot of people who would. |

Oh and I think the letters should be closer to the crack.
