I'm distracted by all the words in the background. They're not part of the design, but the presentation bugs me because of the bad spelling.
I didn't quite get it. I thought at first the sleepy cloud was crying and that was implying how clouds rain. But I don't know how Clouds Are People makes sense. |

can i just point out that the shading on the clouds is lots of crossing diagonal lines... on the low res pic here it looks like checks. |
