olie! on Jan 30 '08 My entry for the Rob & Big Loves comp. This design uses special UV color change ink as stated above, which changes from being almost invisible indoors to revealing bright and hidden colors when exposed to any ultraviolet light!
This sub is dedicated to my sister, who used to have several imaginary friends when we were very young, all of which I apparently didn't believe in. Shows what I know, huh? Hope you guys like this, and as always lemme know what you think! |

I think it's pretty cool but I don't like the shirt color. I'd get one if it were on blue or something other than the natural/creme motif.

I love your monster. It reminds me of Where the Wild Things Are, but without being derivative. I think the overlapping clouds is actually making it difficult to see that he's doffing his hat as he meets the little girl's other friend. And maybe you don't need the horns, either, since they sort of obscure that hat-tipping action as well. Beautiful work.

Clever. The only thing is it won't be awesome during the night time. It'll just be a two kids. Don't get me wrong I like it and would buy it, but would it be possible to do glow in the dark ink also?

This is great. An AWESOME idea for UV ink. However, doesn't UV ink tend to fade with washing? I'm thinking of those shirts from the late 80's/early 90's that changed color with heat and stopped working after 2 washes, not sure if it would be the same deal. Monster is adorable too.

I know that I am over 865 days late but I saw this about a year ago and since then i have been coming back to this page every few weeks in the hope that there would be a massive BUY HERE NOW link to click but sadly I've had no such luck so i joined the site and thought id ask how i could get my hands on one?! Kookaberry on Jun 27 '10 I have a girl's medium but he's probably not that small. There is a website, of which I forget the name, that offers used Threadless shirts. I think you can post requests, too. Make a blog and ask for the name of the web address in it (might as well mention what shirt you want in the blog, too). Someone else will give you the info you need.
